This is a picture of Miley Cyrus at her vanity fair shoot in June, this sent the media into a frenzy over the fact that this 15 year old girl was put in such revealing positions, but she wanted to do this, regardless if everyone thought she should wait a few years before putting herself in a photo shoot like this. If she wanted to do it, more power to her though. She is not naked ... she is covered .. its art right?
